1. Data we collect
When you send a quotation request we collect your full name, company name, business email, phone number (if provided), country, products of interest, quantity, destination, shipping terms and the message you write. We also record the website language, the section you used and campaign parameters (UTM) if present.
2. How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.
3. Services that process data
Quotation requests are sent to us through WhatsApp (the form fills in the message; you press Send), so WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that chat. Your inquiry may also be handled by our email service, hosting provider and spam-protection service. Website analytics, if enabled, measure interactions such as button clicks and do not include your personal details.
4. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the request. The exact retention period will be confirmed by PT ABI before launch.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the data you sent us by emailing connect@antarbenua.com.
